This holiday almost didn't happen due to the eruption in Iceland. Up to 11pm the previous evening flights were still not on and we were due to fly at 11.15am the following morning.

Flights were restarted, so we packed and rushed down to Manchester, to find we had a 6 hour delay and we didn't get the extra legroom we originally booked..... but at least we were off.

9.5 hour flight and we arrived in Sanford...... The rest of the holiday was great, but slight panic at the end as the volcano kicked off again..... we got back on time.
