Currently I'm the only person working on this site so everything will have to come to me (See below)
What I might do is setup a FACEBOOK group/Page for people to use and link it to the site so I can collect stuff from people via there.
We'll have to see what develops!

Since I personally have only a limited number of 'artifacts' relating to the school I really need input from other people to help me develop the site.
